• Proficiency in Understanding various vulnerability assessment reports such as Nessus, Qualys, OpenVAS, Nexpose, or Rapid7 for vulnerabilities.

Understanding risk assessment frameworks (e.g., CVSS) to prioritize vulnerabilities based on their severity and potential impact on the organization

• Maintain system compliance
• Documentation maintained to support compliance and audit requirements.
• Support Microsoft Endpoint manager (Intune) and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) for Application, Windows patch, and operating system deployments

Maintaining the VAPT report tracker and fixing the vulnerability reported in the stipulated timing

• Understanding the needs of both internal and external customers and being committed to delivering an excellent service.

• Any bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in Managing Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and fixing VAPT findings.

• Coordinates with other SMEs, Helpdesk, Tech colleagues, etc in day-to-day activities.
• Maintain a proactive approach within the team, communicate well, ensure Standard Operating procedures (escalations, etc.) are followed, and contribute to the overall team Spirit
• Documenting remediation efforts, procedures, and lessons learned for future reference.
