Position Overview:

As a Patent Agent/Attorney specializing in Drafting and Prosecution, you will play a key role in crafting and securing patent rights for our clients in the rapidly evolving field of technology,particularly in Computer Science, Information Technology, electronics and Communication.The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in these fields and possess the expertise to navigate the complexities of patent law.

Responsibilities:

• Draft high-quality patent applications in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics and communication.
• Conduct comprehensive patent searches and analyze prior art.
• Collaborate with inventors, engineers, and stakeholders to understand and document inventions.
• Prepare responses to office actions and interact with patent examiners.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on patent portfolio development and management.
• Stay current with developments in patent law, particularly in the technology sector.
• Assist in client counseling and IP strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or Electronics and Communication.
• Qualified Patent agent.
• 4-7 years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution.
• Strong understanding of patent laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
