Responsibilities

Develop acute understanding of salesforce as well as other internal tools used.
Research, diagnose,troubleshoot,andidentifysolutions to resolve customer issues.
Work with internal teams to collaborate, drive prioritization, analyze and resolve complex issues, resulting in the highest level of client satisfaction.
Handling Salesforce Admin related responsibilities driven by regular and ad-hoc projects
Maintaining data hygiene, data management as requested by users.
Working closely with end-users to solve their issues related to Salesforce
Creating new cases for any issue faced in the process of SFDC. And liaising with System admins in tickets raised by end users.
Experience in preparing SOPs / Training manuals for new & existing process.
Good understanding of Dashboards & Reports in Salesforce
Should be good in analyzing the exported data and use formulas to get the required client data as per the business needs.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Role requires relevant experience in Salesforce Admin skills
Knowledge of Salesforce
Assertive communication skills, ability to work with minimal direction.
Must be able to understand and collaborate with on requirements and design.
Good business analysis skills are needed to understand clients business.
Knowledge of Salesforce.com testing will be appreciated.
Must be flexible and be able to work with changing priorities and be able to manage time with multitasking.
Knowledge in MS Office would be an advantage.
