The Role

We are looking for a sharp, process-orientedSr. Associate/Associate Enterprise Risk Managementto join our Risk & Compliance team. You will be responsible for maintaining the structural integrity of our risk frameworks, ensuring that every operational, financial, and strategic risk is identified, measured, and mitigated. This role is perfect for someone who moves beyond "check-the-box" compliance and understands risk as a strategic tool for sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Risk Framework & Registers:Develop, maintain, and update theEnterprise Risk Register. Map key processes to potential risks and ensure mitigation plans are current and effective.
• ISO 31000 Implementation:Apply the principles ofISO 31000to the firms daily operations, ensuring risk management is integrated into all organizational activities.
• Operational Risk (RCSA):Conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) across departments (Fund Management, Operations, Sales, Tech) to identify vulnerabilities.
• Regulatory Alignment:Stay updated onSEBIs Risk Management Framework (RMF)for Mutual Funds and ensure our ERM policies are in 100% alignment with evolving regulatory mandates.
• Monitoring & Reporting:Assist in the preparation of risk dashboards for the Risk Management Committee (RMC) and the Board.
• Risk Culture:Conduct internal workshops to sensitize team members about risk-aware decision-making.

Candidate Profile

• Experience:At least2 years of core experience in Enterprise Risk Management. Experience in a Financial Services firm (AMC, PMS, AIF, or Bank) is highly preferred.
• Certification:ISO 31000 certification is preferred.
• Technical Knowledge:Deep understanding of Risk Libraries, Risk Appetite Statements, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
• Educational Background:CA, MBA (Finance), or Graduate with specialized Risk Management diplomas.
