About the Team

About the Role

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating and maintaining Professional Services contract records
• Review customer contracts for invoicing, revenue, and tax terms
• Create and maintain billing and revenue schedules
• Point of escalation for team; assist with unclear instructions/terms, help drive resolution
• Partner with multiple Operations and Finance teams to resolve issues, clarify process flows, and find opportunities to strengthen partnerships
• Assist with month-end responsibilities
• Brainstorm automation use cases and process improvements
• Update procedural documentation
• Special projects as assigned

About You

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, an excellent communicator, and enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents, in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 + years of accounting or finance analyst experience
• 1 + years accounts receivable or contract order management experience

Other Qualifications:

• Strong analytic and problem solving skills.
• Organized, detail oriented and accurate.
• Ability to research and resolve.
• Strong ability to follow through and take ownership of issues.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong computer skills are vital, including Excel
• Very detail oriented, accurate and organized
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Shown ability to work with all levels of management
• Customer service focused and solution oriented
