Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of architectural projects from initial concept to final implementation.

Coordinate and integrate architectural design with other disciplines such as structural, MEP, and interior design.

Utilize architectural software and digital tools for design visualization, documentation, and project integration.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.

Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers, providing technical guidance and design feedback.

Conduct design reviews, feasibility studies, and ensure compliance with Dubai building codes and regulations.

Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve design or technical issues.

Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders.

Ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of architectural drawings and documentation.

Requirements to Apply

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office tools.

Familiarity with BIM and willingness to learn advanced tools.

Strong knowledge of all project phases and MEP/structural coordination.

Understanding of green building regulations and authority approval processes.

Experience with UAE authorities (Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, etc.) and obtaining NOCs.

Ability to ensure quality design delivery and provide site support when needed.
