Job Description

Requirement: Experienced in International Trade finance training & development and well versed with working and training knowledge of products like Import & Export Letter of credits operations, Document checking, Discrepancy management. Preferably CDCS qualified. Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Experience: 5 to 7 years

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Managing queues in Trade finance operations for various products as listed above.
• Authorizing transactions inputted by analysts before final submission.
• Solving daily BAU queries raised by analysts or teammates.
• Collation of data and submission to TLs for daily, weekly & monthly reporting.
• Carrying out compliance screening and ensuring proper signoffs are obtained for each transaction.
• Being able to Switch from one queue to another based on priority.
• Maintaining MIS for daily, weekly and monthly reporting purposes.
• Ensuring all transactions and payments are processed within SLAs.
• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• To manage the New hire training in Trade finance team.
• Train the new hires as well as larger team on UCP, ISBP, ICC Guidelines
• Enable the
• Carry out the training need analysis on the reject data.
• Should be well versed with International Import and Export Letter of credit operations.
• Should be well conversant with UCPDC, ISBP, Incoterms 2020 & other ICC guidelines.
• Should have a flair to pick out discrepancies in documents.
• Should have a flair to discuss, deliberate and provide relevant opinions on complex LC transactions.
• Should be willing to resolve escalations related to LC document checking transactions.
