Sr Analyst I Software Engineering

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth implementation.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and risk assessments.
• Support testing and user acceptance phases by defining test scenarios and assisting with validation.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance sector (life insurance preferred).
• Strong understanding and hands-on exposure to insurance platforms such as: Life/Asia, Integral , Life/400
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of policy administration systems and insurance product structures.
• Experience with system migration or modernization projects.
