SAP PPQM Consultant should have 5-7 years of experience in SAP Implementation, consultant and Application support projects in India Domestic and MNCs. The person should be well versed with SAP S/4 HANA processes

At least 6 years of experience in SAP PP QM PM projects, including 1-3 years of experience in full-lifecycle implementation projects in SAP PP QM PM and two support projects
•Must have experience in S/4 HANA and must be aware of new innovations in S/4 HANA. Should have worked on S/4 HANA greenfield and migration projects
• SAP S/4 HANA Certification will be added advantage
• Functional proficiency on debugging, user-exits, Customer Exist, Pricing requirements, copy Requirements.
• Experience in developing various customized reports based on the understanding of the requirements, analyzing the functional specs and being involved in the designing of customized programs and interfaces, user exits, bidi’s, and customized function module etc.
• Good Knowledge of integrating SAP with external systems via IDoc, rfc’s etc.
• Have good experience to implement different SAP PP business processes like Make to Stock process, Make to Order process, Repetitive process, Production Sub-contracting process, Sales & Operation Planning process, Long Term Planning process, and Material Planning processes.
• Should have worked in process industry and should have good understanding of production processes in a process Industry. Must have experiewnce working with Process orders and master data such as recepies
• He should Work with various interfaces (like MES, and Team center,) for the creation ECM BOM confirmation, goods issue, finished goods create, batch create & change, reclassification, and reallocation between MES and ECC.
• Single BOM
• Have good integration experience with MM, PM, SD and CO Module
• Introductory knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, Authorization and User Role Creation.
• Should have experience in setting up MRP and Demand Management.
• Should have excellent experience in Repetitive Manufacturing (REM Make to Stock planning)
• Knowledge of Variant Configuration is mandatory
• Should have good experience in Product Costing with Variant configuration.
• Detailed knowledge in Production Order Management.

QM: --

• Should have good knowledge of the SAP QM configuration part like In process inspection, Basic data like defining catalogues, inspection characteristics (MICs), sampling procedures, Inspection plan.
• Knowledge in setting up Quality Certificates
• Should have detailed knowledge in creating QM Plan and Sample procedures.
• Should have experience in QM Notification.
• Experience in integrating 3rd party applications
