Brief Description

Zurn Industries is seeking a full-time Sr Analyst - Marketing and Business Analytics .

This position will develop and manage Tableau dashboards in support of key Commercial Sales and Customer Experience initiatives. Work with the sales and customer experience teams to identify/refine the right data metric(s) for business needs. Build, validate and optimize dynamic and user-friendly dashboards. Automation of key reports and gap identification for improvements. Contribution to standardization of data analysis methodologies and building an in-house knowledge base.

Job Description

Handle unique data analysis requests from a range of data customers, including quantitative and qualitative analyses to elevate the customer experience.

Create and maintain Zurn Elkay Tableau Dashboards

Create dashboards for sales reps providing specification intelligence.

Design dashboards in Tableau from scratch to incorporate different views of their business dimensions.

Suggest and follow standard methodologies for creating Tableau dashboards by matching requirements to the charts to be chosen, color patterns as per user's needs, standardizing dashboard look and feel.

Extracting the data from multiple data source.

Overseeing the production operations for Tableau platform.

Experience on large scale data modelling, dashboard design, development, and maintenance

Compiling reports and making marketing dashboard reports on tableau and google data studio. Excellent business writing and presentation skills with ability to story-tell insights from data collated.

Should be well versed and comfortable with SQL (advanced) and Excel (advanced)

Present proposals and results in a clear manner backed by data and coupled with actionable.

Job Specification: (Education, training, and experience)

Masters and bachelors degree in an analytical or technical field of Computer Science/ Mathematics/ Statistics preferred

5-8 years of relevant work experience in business analysis.

Experience with bare-metal programming, interrupt-driven systems, and low-power designs.

Excellent proficiency with MS Excel and use of embedded tools for analysis is a must

Tableau In-Depth Experience is must.

Google Data Studio experience is preferred.
