Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Administrator with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP DART SAP ILM and SAP Archiving. This role involves managing and optimizing our SAP systems to ensure efficient data handling and compliance. The position offers a hybrid work model with day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize SAP DART SAP ILM and SAP Archiving systems to ensure efficient data handling and compliance.Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SAP data archiving processes to improve system performance.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP data management issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and security within SAP systems.Develop and maintain documentation for SAP data management processes and procedures.Conduct regular audits and assessments of SAP data management practices to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Implement best practices for SAP data archiving and information lifecycle management.Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.Train and mentor junior team members on SAP data management processes and best practices.Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to support SAP data management initiatives.Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to ensure the company remains competitive.Participate in project planning and execution to support business objectives and strategic goals.Ensure seamless integration of SAP data management processes with other business systems and applications.
Qualifications
Must have strong expertise in SAP DART SAP ILM and SAP Archiving.Should have experience in ServContracts&PartsMgmt-Manlog and Warranty Mgmt-Industrial Mfg.Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities.Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
