Job Description

Role Overview

Tonic Worldwide is seeking a Senior Client Partner with 12 years of agency experience in account management/client servicing. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, campaign execution, and strategic coordination across internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong and effective client relationships
  • Manage end-to-end account operations including briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, strategy, performance, etc.) to ensure seamless execution
  • Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs and actionable plans
  • Ensure campaigns and deliverables are executed as per agreed timelines and quality standards
  • Support in developing strategic recommendations and presentations for clients
  • Monitor ongoing campaigns and proactively flag risks, delays, or scope changes
  • Maintain documentation related to client communication, deliverables, and reports
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling where applicable


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in an agency environment in account management or client servicing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and agency workflows
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and presentation tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
