Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Portfolio Engineer/Product Business Analyst with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the Telecom Product domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing analytical support and project coordination for the management and optimization of our product portfolio. The Product Portfolio Engineer/Product Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze market trends, and develop data-driven insights to guide product strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, sales, and marketing, to gather requirements and analyze market trends for our product portfolio.

• Conduct analysis of product performance, including sales data, customer feedback, and market trends.

• Develop and maintain product performance metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Generate data-driven insights and recommendations to guide product roadmap and prioritization decisions.

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.

• Participate in the design and development of new products, working closely with engineering and product management teams.

• Work with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.

• Provide subject matter expertise on the telecom industry, including technology trends, customer needs, and regulatory issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Business Analyst or Product Portfolio Engineer in the Telecom Product domain.

• Experience in product management, including market analysis, product performance evaluation, and roadmap development.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Knowledge of telecom technologies, including wireless, broadband, and VoIP would be an added advantage.

• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the telecom industry.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in product management tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, ASANA, etc.
