Responsibilities:

• Supplier Handling (New Development Parts)

• Member must have enough knowledge of all commodities (Die casting, Sheet metal, Forging, Injection Moulding, Plating).

• New supplier evaluation through process & system audit.

• PPAP documents knowledge.

• APQP data preparation.

• Responsible for timely inspection of NPD child parts.

• Knowledge about IMDS, ELV & ROHS.

• Data Presentation.

• MSA, Layout of Child Parts, Process capability study.

• Meet requirements of MCP.

Experience: 2-3 Years

Skills:

• Auditing skill (System & Process)

• Good in PPAP & APQP documentation

• Lay out of child parts & Feasibility study
