JD:
Total experience 6-8 Years, Sprinklr specific experience 3+ years
- In-depth knowledge of Contact Centre Technology particularly voice application development: Sales Campaign creation, IVR and Voice Bots.
- Very good understanding of Sprinklr workflows, Rules Engine, Roles, Reporting modules in Sprinklr
- Working experience on any of the compatible platforms: Aspect/Alvaria CxP IVR / Sprinklr AI / Genesys IVR / Cognigy AI etc.
- Complete understanding and working experience of Voice application design, analysis, and development.
- Ability to analyse voice call flows based on business use-cases: experience with MS-Visio or Lucid Flows.
- Programming experience with JavaScript/Groovy Script including JSON Objects is a must.
- Prior experience in integrating applications with SOAP/REST APIs for backend CRMs.
- Understanding of voice application languages e.g. VXML, CCXML and GRXML.
- Good knowledge of Contact Center concepts e.g. call-routing, and non-voice-routing e.g. Emails/Chats.
- Candidate should be able to design and troubleshoot routing workflows for Voice and Non-Voice interactions.
- Candidate must also understand application development on SaaS platforms: preferred Sprinklr CCaaS
- Prior experience in writing and presenting technical specification documents.
