Role Overview: Location Bangalore

We are seeking an experienced Sprinklr Implementation Architect/Specialist to lead the platforms operational management and continuous enhancements. This role will involve building and mentoring a dedicated team to ensure optimal utilization of Sprinklr for customer engagement and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assessment & Takeover: Review current Sprinklr implementation, identify gaps, and establish best practices for stabilization and optimization.

Platform Ownership: Serve as the primary owner for Sprinklr architecture, configuration, and governance.

Enhancements & Roadmap: Define and implement a roadmap for feature enhancements, integrations, and automation aligned with business objectives.

Performance & Compliance: Monitor platform performance, ensure data integrity, and maintain compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in Sprinklr implementation and administration.

Integration of Sprinklr unified CXM with enterprise systems

Strong understanding of contact center operations, omnichannel engagement, and customer experience strategies.

Expertise in platform architecture, integrations (CRM, analytics, APIs), and workflow automation.
