Role Summary

The Social Listening Analyst will be responsible for monitoring analyzing and reporting on digital conversations across social media platforms The role involves identifying trends sentiment and emerging issues to inform marketing customer support and brand strategy This position requires a strong analytical mindset attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Listening Monitoring

Track brand mentions competitor activity and industry trends across platforms like Twitter Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and YouTube using tools such as Sprinklr

  • Sentiment Trend Analysis

Analyze conversations to identify sentiment shifts emerging risks and opportunities for engagement Provide realtime s for spikes in activity or potential crises

  • Insight Reporting

Deliver weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for marketing PR and customer experience teams Visualize data using dashboards and storytelling techniques

  • Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with social media managers brand teams and customer support to align listening insights with campaign goals and customer needs

  • Automation Optimization

Leverage Sprinklrs automation features for influencer detection copyright violation s and smart ticket routing to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Data Analytics or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in social media analytics digital marketing or community management
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel Power BI or Tableau
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with social media monitoring tools eg Brandwatch Netbase Talkwalker

Preferred Qualifications

  • Handson experience with Sprinklr for listening engagement and reporting
  • Familiarity with AIdriven insights and automation workflows in social platforms
  • Certifications in social media analytics or digital marketing tools
  • Experience working in a global or multiregional team environment
