Roles and Responsibilities-

• Chatbot Development & Automation: 

• Design, develop, and optimize Sprinklr chatbots for seamless customer interactions. 

• Define and configure intents, entities, and workflows to improve chatbot efficiency. 

• Implement automation based on recognized intents and user interactions. 

• API Integration & Authentication: 

• Integrate Sprinklr chatbot with Google OAuth 2.0, CRM systems, and third-party APIs. 

• Implement secure authentication methods like OTP-based verification and OAuth 2.0 flows. 

• Develop and maintain custom API connectors for seamless data exchange. 

• System Optimization & Troubleshooting: 

• Monitor chatbot performance and optimize for better user experience. 

• Troubleshoot API failures, authentication errors, and chatbot misconfigurations. 

• Ensure compliance with security and privacy best practices. 

• Collaboration & Documentation: 

• Work closely with product, marketing, and IT teams to enhance chatbot capabilities. 

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for chatbot workflows and API integrations.
