Role Description

We are looking for aSports Jersey Designer who lives and breathes teamwear design not just generic T-shirt graphics. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience creating full jersey collections for sports like cricket, football, kabaddi, basketball, volleyball, running events, marathons, etc. These sports jerseys are full print design with personalisation details like Team Logos, Player Name, Number etc.

You will be responsible for taking a concept from brief vector artwork production-ready print files for all sizes final mockups for client approval.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Print Files

• Conceptualise and designsports jerseys and teamwearincluding, Round neck jerseys, Polo neck jerseys, V-neck jerseys, Tank tops, Singlets, Shorts, Track Pants.
• Designs required are for All Over print sublimation printing.
• Development ofclean vector artworks & print filesin Adobe Illustrator based on brand guidelines, team colours, logos and briefs.
• Createprint-ready files for all sizes(S, M, L, XL, 2XL, etc.) using size-wise templates/patterns.
• One of the most important tasks would be Colour matching and understanding Print profiles would be added advantages.
• Ensuring correct placements of Team logos, Player names and numbers, Sponsor logos, patterns, gradients & textures
• Preparation final Print files with proper naming, color codes, bleed, and safe zones according to production requirements.

Mockups

• Createhigh-quality mockupsin Photoshops
• Front / back / side views
• On-model or 3D-style templates (where required)
• Present multiple design options for internal review and client approvals.
• Production Coordination

Colour & Print Management

• Ensure colour accuracy and print alignment
• Resolve any design-to-print issue
• Make quick design corrections based on printer feedback and client changes.
• File Management

File Management

• Design masters
• Size-wise print files
• Mock-ups and approved versions
• Follow internal naming, versioning, and backup standards.

Qualification

• Strong knowledge & experience in Sublimation Full Print Sublimation Jersey designing.
• Proficiency in Printing & Colour Management profiles.
• Understanding of Garment Patterns & digital concept of same.
• Experience with Trims and attention to detail in garment design and fitting
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva
• Creativity, artistic skills, and proficiency with design software
• A background in designing sports jerseys and teamwear is highly desirable
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related field is preferred
