Sponsorship Sales Manager (Individual Contributor) Healthcare Event
Location: India - Hyderabad - ( Relocation to Hyderabad ) Strictly NO Remote work

Looking for an immediate Joiner - 10 to 15 days
Role Summary
We are seeking a high-performing sponsorship seller to drive revenue for our upcoming April healthcare congress. The role requires end-to-end ownership of the sponsorship lifecycle market mapping, prospect identification, outreach, solution selling, negotiation, and closure.
The ideal candidate understands how to translate Medvarsitys brand, audience, and academic credibility into compelling value propositions for industry partners and can consistently close mid-to-large ticket partnerships (~USD 15K and above).
Key Responsibilities
- Build a qualified pipeline of sponsors across pharma, devices, diagnostics, health-tech, Digital Health , Hospitals, insurance, and allied healthcare services and any Healthcare related companies
- Identify decision makers (marketing heads, brand managers, product leaders, medical affairs, etc.).
- Create customized sponsorship packages aligned to exhibitor objectives such as branding, lead generation, product launch visibility, and clinician engagement.
- Own revenue targets and close deals independently.
- Execute structured follow-ups, negotiations, commercials, and contracts.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and weekly pipeline reviews.
- Work with marketing, operations, and speaker management teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are fulfilled.
- Upsell branding assets: exhibition booths, symposium slots, delegate engagement, digital promotions, and year-round visibility.
