About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Delhi. The role involves reaching out to prospective clients, introducing our media and marketing solutions, and generating leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English & Hindi, a proactive attitude, and a basic understanding of media sales & marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our media and marketing services.
Understand client requirements and share relevant product/service information.
Generate and qualify leads, maintaining an updated database of prospects.
Meet daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to lead generation goals.
Provide feedback from client interactions to improve pitch and communication.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in any discipline.
03 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or a related field (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
Proficiency in English and Hindi(spoken & written).
Basic understanding of media sales & marketing.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
