Job Description
Your roleWe are seeking skilled and motivated Splunk Engineers to join our team across PAN India. In this role, you will leverage your 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Splunk Administration and Splunk Enterprise Security (ES) to enhance our security operations and threat detection capabilities.The idea candidate will Configure and maintain logging, parsing, and correlation rules across various platforms (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoints) to improve visibility and alerting.Collaborate with SOC analysts to refine detection workflows and ensure comprehensive monitoring across systems, applications, and network environments.Work closely with SOC engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to continuously strengthen the organization’s security posture.Define and communicate value-driven detection and response use cases in partnership with project managers and cross-functional teams.Provide expert guidance on log structure, custom ingestion, parser creation and validation, and use case development.Develop and implement integration strategies for security toolsets to enable automated discovery, remediation, and alerting—enhancing both security posture and operational efficiency.Drive automation within SIEM platforms to streamline detection and response processes, improving threat identification speed and accuracy.Design, implement, and optimize detection mechanisms for both known and emerging threats using SIEM tools, EDR, and other monitoring platforms.Your profileMinimum 5 years of experience in SIEM content development, including creation of alerts, reports, and dashboards.At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Splunk SIEM, supported by formal training.At least 1 year of experience with Splunk or Azure Sentinel, also backed by formal training.Strong proficiency in SIEM query languages, particularly Splunk SPL and KQL (Kusto Query Language).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, along with at least two recognized cybersecurity certifications.What you'll love about working hereYou can shape your career with us.
