ACL Digital Hiring: Splunk Developer (ITSI Specialist)

Looking for an experienced Splunk Developer with strong expertise in IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) to join our growing team!

L3 Client Round (Face-to-Face)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Splunk dashboards, reports, and alerts
• Implement and manage Splunk ITSI modules (Service Analyzer, Glass Tables, KPI monitoring)
• Develop and optimize SPL (Search Processing Language) queries
• Integrate Splunk with various data sources (logs, APIs, cloud platforms)
• Perform data onboarding, parsing, and indexing
• Work on incident monitoring, alert tuning, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Infra, Security)
• Ensure performance optimization and scalability of Splunk environment
• Support automation and monitoring use cases

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Splunk Enterprise
• Hands-on experience with Splunk ITSI
• Expertise in SPL (Search Processing Language)
• Knowledge of data ingestion, parsing, and indexing
• Experience with log analysis and monitoring solutions
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python / Shell) is a plus
• Understanding of ITIL concepts is preferred
