Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spine and Orthopedic Physiotherapist, located in Bengaluru. The Physiotherapist will assess, plan, and implement therapy plans for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, focusing on spinal and orthopedic rehabilitation. Responsibilities will include diagnosing movement dysfunction, designing individualized treatment plans, providing manual therapy, and guiding patients through exercises to optimize recovery and improve their quality of life. The role also involves educating patients about injury prevention and home exercise routines, collaborating with other medical professionals, and maintaining treatment records.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in assessing and treating musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, including spine-related issues.
• Experience with manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation planning.
• Ability to educate patients on injury prevention, posture corrections, and self-management strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support patient engagement and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Relevant degree in Physiotherapy with specialization in Orthopedics or related fields.
• Professional licensing as per regulatory requirements in Bengaluru.
• Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred.
