Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spine and Orthopedic Physiotherapist at SwastyaPhysio, located in Bengaluru. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating musculoskeletal conditions, particularly those related to the spine and orthopedic system. Core tasks include developing and implementing personalized therapy plans, monitoring patient progress, educating patients on exercises, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. The role also involves maintaining accurate patient records and staying updated on advancements in physiotherapy techniques for spine and orthopedic care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spine and Orthopedic Assessment, Diagnosis, and Treatment Planning
• Expertise in Manual Therapy, Rehabilitative Techniques, and Pain Management
• Knowledge of Patient Education and Exercise Prescription
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills for Patient Interaction
• Collaborative approach to working with healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams
• Regulatory compliance and ethical practice in physiotherapy
• Relevant professional license or certification in physiotherapy
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Physiotherapy or related field
