Responsibilities
A day in the life of an Infoscion • As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight. • You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise. • You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design • You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines • Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers. Technical Requirements
• 5-8+ Years of experience as Business Analyst (ETRM / Market/ Trading) • Strong functional understanding of North America / Europe power trading • Knowledge of deal lifecycle, ETRM systems including but not limited to position reporting, deal modelling, risk valuation, invoicing, settlements • Should have experience in managing an end-to-end delivery of bid to bill management and trade capture system (preferably any ETRM system) • Good knowledge on Data analysis / SQL from different sources and draws key references. • Good Understanding of large multi-tiered applications • Provide comprehensive documentation for requirements, functional design, workflows, support project tracking • Effective management of tasks, timelines, progress reporting on tasks • Perform requirement gathering, functional analysis and functional design • Thorough understanding of Agile and waterfall delivery methodology

• Knowledge and experience with using Azure DevOps (ADO) in full software lifecycle • Manage communication across multiple teams, third party vendor, and multiple consulting staff • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies
