Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Speech Therapist role based in Pune. The Speech Therapist will conduct assessments and provide therapy for individuals experiencing speech, language, and communication-related challenges. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating speech and language disorders, developing tailored therapy plans, helping individuals with communication skills, and assisting those with swallowing disorders such as dysphagia. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals and documentation of progress will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy and addressing Speech-related challenges
• Expertise in diagnosing and managing Dysphagia
• Strong understanding of Communication and Language Disorders
• Ability to develop and implement effective individualized therapy plans
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Relevant certification or degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Prior experience in clinical or educational settings is an advantage
