About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are eager to build their career in pediatric speech and language therapy within a supportive and professional environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children
• Evaluate articulation, fluency, voice, and receptive/expressive language skills
• Develop individualized therapy plans based on developmental needs
• Provide speech and language therapy using evidence-based techniques
• Treat feeding and swallowing difficulties when applicable
• Support children with autism, developmental delays, and learning disabilities
• Implement AAC systems for non-verbal or minimally verbal children
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Educate caregivers on home-based communication strategies
• Monitor progress and regularly adjust therapy goals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
• Participate in early intervention and school-based programs

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP / MASLP)
• Freshers can apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children
• Immediate joiners preferred
