We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team and work with children requiring speech, language, and communication support. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about early intervention and child development.

Aar-Tas International School for Autism & Special Needs is looking for passionate and dedicated Behaviour Technicians (ABA) who can join immediately and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with Autism and special needs.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children
• Evaluate articulation, fluency, voice, and receptive & expressive language skills
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on developmental needs
• Provide speech and language therapy using evidence-based practices
• Address feeding and swallowing difficulties, where applicable
• Support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, developmental delays, and learning disabilities
• Implement AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) systems for non-verbal or minimally verbal children
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Educate caregivers on home-based communication strategies
• Monitor progress and modify therapy goals as required
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports
• Participate in early intervention and school-based programs

Who Can Apply

• Freshers with a degree in Speech & Hearing / BASLP / MASLP
• Strong interest in pediatric therapy and early intervention
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and work in a multidisciplinary environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
