Speech Language Pathologist

Speech therapist TFS is hiring Freshers & experienced candidates for the position of Speech Therapist.

Role Description:

• Evaluate, diagnose and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders and work collaboratively with professionals from many other disciplines to provide holistic recovery to the child.
• Design, perform and revise plans of care and administer treatment for speech-language disorders for special children with one or multiple disorders like Cerebral Palsy (CP), Mental Retardation (MR), Autism, Learning disabilities, ADHD, stammering etc.
• Primary work would be conducting one-on-one speech therapy sessions for kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Delayed Speech and Delayed Milestones.
• To maintain and update individual and group records during sessions.
• Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with parents and other stakeholders
• Maintain a safe and child-centered environment.
• Conduct necessary assessments and maintain lesson plans and maintain tracking file for every kid.

Timings: 9:30am/10.00 am/11.00am - 6:00pm/6.30pm/7:30pm. (flexible based on sessions)

Duration: Each Therapy session would be for 45 minutes.

No. of sessions: We believe in giving less sessions to therapists but build better relationships with children, their parents and among themselves and have a better work life balance with reduced stress.

Our experts support teachers through hands-on classroom sessions to improve student management.We also help teachers handle stress through cognitive therapy. We work closely with schools to develop inclusive education frameworks ensuring every child receives equal learning opportunities, help normalize neurodiversity

1. TFS Counsel: Comprehensive Psychological Counseling

Our expert psychologists offer one-on-one counseling for teenagers and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, and other emotional challenges

Specific Job Requirements:

Education: BASLP / MASLP (Bachelor/Master in Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology) OR Graduation & Diploma in Speech Pathology. B Ed or D Ed(Speech)- or equivalent

Skills: Speech therapy, language intervention, articulation therapy, fluency/stuttering therapy, oral-motor techniques.

Experience: Freshers welcome; pediatric experience preferred.
