Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist, based in Bangalore. Responsibilities include assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders. The Speech Language Pathologist will also work with individuals experiencing conditions such as dysphagia and provide tailored therapy programs to enhance communication and swallowing abilities. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to optimize treatment outcomes and regular documentation and progress reporting will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Speech Therapy and experience in evaluating and designing therapy plans
• Strong knowledge of treating Speech and Communication Disorders
• Experience working with individuals with Dysphagia and Language Disorders
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with clients, families, and teams
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in compliance with regional requirements
• Experience in clinical, educational, or healthcare settings is an advantage
