Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist, based in Gurugram. The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children with special needs. Responsibilities include creating individualized treatment plans, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, providing therapy sessions, and monitoring progress to achieve developmental goals. They will also guide and support families to better understand and contribute to their child's development.

Qualifications

Expertise in Speech Therapy, including assessment and intervention techniques
Knowledge of treating Speech and Language Disorders in diverse populations
Experience in working with Dysphagia and other Communication Disorders
Strong understanding of childhood development and individualized care
Relevant certification or licensure to practice speech-language pathology
Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills with both children and parents
