Job Summary

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless customer service operations.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in handling customer inquiries and order processing.
  • Exhibit a customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Show ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment.
  • Display adaptability to rotational shifts to support global operations.
  • Have basic knowledge of order entry processes and customer service best practices.
