The SPE-Customer Service PR role is designed for individuals with 1 to 4 years of experience in customer service travel management and proficiency in MS Excel.   • Maintain and update customer records using MS Excel to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

  • Implement best practices in customer service to achieve high levels of customer retention.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend strategies for service improvement.

    Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) in Excel
