Responsibilities

Stay up to date with financial reporting systems for finance like OneStream, SAP BW but also understand Intelligent Automation technologies, capabilities, business applications, process mining, and be aware of innovations in this area.
Building strategic relationship with IT, Implementation Vendors and CPM Provider OneStream Software while working on OS Roadmap and future vision.
Build functional and technical capability of team further into this newly deployed CPM solution to align with roadmap / vision.
Understand the administration of the OneStream application used for consolidations, financial planning and forecasting, account reconciliations etc.
Design and architect OneStream XF applications, including data models, workflows, consolidation logic, and reporting structures to meet the client's financial planning and consolidation needs.
Lead the implementation and configuration of OneStream XF applications, ensuring best practices and standardization are followed.
Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team and functional consultants to drive successful project delivery.
Perform system testing and validation to ensure the stability, performance, and accuracy of OneStream applications.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure seamless adoption of the OneStream platform.

Qualifications

At least 8-10 years of experience working with financial reporting systems.
At least 3+ years as a OneStream Architect or similar role in the implementation and support of OneStream solutions.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in designing and configuring OneStream applications, including data integration, workflow setup, calculation scripts, and reporting.
In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.
Experience in integrating OneStream with other financial systems, such as ERP and EPM solutions.
Strong programming skills in languages such as VBA or C# to develop custom integrations and automation within the OneStream platform.
Proficiency in SQL to perform data analysis, validation, and custom reporting using OneStream data.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView to create insightful and interactive financial dashboards and reports is a plus.

Preferred Skills

OneStream XF certifications are preferred.
Knowledge about SAP, Robotics Process Automation (RPA) or other IA technologies like Alteryx is a plus.
