This journey requires a stellar People Partnering team that understands business needs and aligns people practices to create meaningful, customized and agile ways of working.
What you’ll do at Ather
Partner with managers and leaders on all people-related matters including
handling employee engagement activities right from pre-onboarding, onboarding, capability and capacity development, continuous feedback and performance management
manage life-cycle activities including manpower planning, engagement, retention and exits
Inculcate a performance-driven culture, drive the performance management program and facilitate continuous performance enhancement
Understand and anticipate the need for change, diagnose underlying issues, and build the case for change with stakeholders
Provide guidance and inputs on business unit restructures, workforce planning, critical role engagement and succession planning
Participate in continuous development of HR programs - Hiring, Benefits, Policies, Learning & Development, and drive improvements in tools and policies through external market trends, insights and internal best practices
Analyze data, trends and metrics to provide meaningful insights for people engagement, and drive interventions that are an outcome of such insights
Resolve employee-relations issues and address grievances of team members specific to your business unit
Be the custodian for policies and ensure education, awareness and appropriate use of the policies
Here’s what we’re looking for
Strong analytical skills, including the understanding of data metrics and implications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to own tasks, be hands on, go into details with sharp focus on execution
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, listening, interacting and influencing
Strong systems thinking and ability to apply learning across different situations
Mastery of office tools including MS Office / G-Suite
Knowledge of legal requirements / labor laws would be an asset
What you bring to Ather
Masters in HR with 4 to 7 years of experience
At least 4 years of the overall experience as an HR Business Partner
Experience working with consumer tech or automobile manufacturing organizations will be an added advantage
