Job Title: Specialist - Software Engineering (Pega)
Location: Pune

Job Description:

We are looking for a Specialist - Software Engineering with a deep understanding of Pega applications to join our team in Pune. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience along with Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) certification as well as Certified Pega Lead System Architect. 

Responsibilities:

- Lead the technical design and implementation of Pega solutions.
- Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure the successful delivery of Pega solutions.
- Develop high-quality, sustainable, and scalable Pega applications in alignment with business needs.
- Provide technical expertise in Pega version 7x or greater and Pega platform's connectors and services to integrate with external systems.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Work in an Agile Scrum environment and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 5 years of relevant design and architecture experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Pega version 7x or greater.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with Connectors and Services in the Pega platform to integrate with external systems.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with Agile Scrum.
- Strong knowledge of Pega Standards and Guardrails.
- Certified Pega Lead System Architect (PCLSA) certification is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Familiarity with Pega SAHC, conducting playback sessions, process flow documentation creation, and presentation is highly desired.
- Experience with implementing DevOps Test and CICD in a Pega environment or Jenkins is a plus.
- Experience with designing and implementing REST-based API integration services.
- Experience with Pega Express concepts.
