Job Title: Specialist - Software Engineering (Pega)
Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:

We are looking for a Specialist in Software Engineering with a specialty in Pega technology. The candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of applications built on the Pega platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Pega development, with a focus on customer service, smart dispute, healthcare, decisioning, UX, testing, insurance, smart investigation, CLM KYC, and RPA.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement Pega applications with a focus on high-availability and performance.
2. Follow Pega guardrails, infinity guidelines, and Pega recommended design patterns for application development.
3. Utilize knowledge of Constellation and DX APIs in the development process.
4. Keep up-to-date with the latest Pega features on v8 X Infinity 23.
5. Work with data storage and perform database queries through Pega.
6. Develop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
7. Use Data pages, Dataflows, Flows, Flow Actions, Views, Activities, Service Level Agreement, Connectors, Service rules, etc. in the development process.
8. Handle case management and user interface tasks.
9. Be responsible for the development of agile stories as indicated by the Tech lead.
10. Debug and troubleshoot using Pega tools.
11. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, gather automation requirements, design automated tests, troubleshoot issues, and implement scalable solutions.

Requirements:

1. 5-7 years of experience in Pega Development with Pega relevant certification.
2. Hands-on experience with Constellation and DX APIs.
3. Knowledge of the latest Pega Features on v8 X Infinity 23.
4. Experience with basic data storage and database query knowledge through Pega.
5. Strong experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
6. Proficiency in using Data pages, Dataflows, Flows, Flow Actions, Views, Activities, Service level agreement, Connectors, Service rules, etc.
7. Strong experience in Case Management and User Interface.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Good debugging skills using Pega tools.
