Need Advanced certified resource with 8 12 years experience

At least worked on one Mendix solution for a complete Mendix solution ie from development till deployment

Experienced in data modelling and structures Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Capable of communicating complex subjects in a simple fashion

To motivate coach and evaluate the performance of the team members

Determining the best practices for developing in Mendix setting standards and making sure they are executed

Experienced as being a part of a Scrum Agile multi disciplinary team

Strong troubleshoot and debug applications

Thoroughly understands decision process issues of technology choice such as capacities response time data interfacing client

Responsible for maximizing the effectiveness by working with cross functional team including UI Team

Leadcontribute to engineering during execution and delivery to solve complex engineering problems in the development life cycle

Work closely with cross functional teams

Expert certified preferred
