Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Support Engineer to manage client queries and provide technical assistance for our HR Recruitment Module. The ideal candidate should have experience supporting HR tech platforms, especially in recruitment workflows, and should be able to communicate effectively with both technical teams and HR stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for issues related to the Recruitment Module (job posting, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, etc.).
  • Work closely with HR users to understand their pain points and resolve them efficiently within SLA timelines.
  • Troubleshoot system errors, access issues, workflow misconfigurations, and data discrepancies.
  • Guide users on best practices in using recruitment workflows and features effectively.
  • Log, track, and update issues using support tools like Jira, Freshdesk, or Zendesk.
  • Coordinate with product, QA, and engineering teams to escalate and resolve bugs or enhancement requests.
  • Maintain internal documentation and update knowledge base articles related to recruitment module support.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in product support, preferably with HRMS platforms.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and related HR operations.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and customer-focused attitude.
  • Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, or Zoho Recruit is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of database queries and error logs (preferred).


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in supporting other HR modules like onboarding, performance Management.
  • Exposure to cloud-based SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with APIs or integration troubleshooting.
