Role description

Administration Configuration Manage and configure SAP Solution Manager functionalities including ChaRM Change Request Management IT Service Management ITSM and System Monitoring

System Monitoring Diagnostics Ensure the health of SAP systems using SolMan tools conducting performance tuning and root cause analysis

Integration Implementation Oversee the integration of SAP Solution Manager with SAP and nonSAP systems ensuring seamless operations

Change Control Management Implement and manage ChaRM workflows ensuring compliance with business processes

Technical Support Troubleshooting Provide expertlevel support for SAP Solution Manager issues collaborating with IT teams

Documentation Training Maintain configuration and operational documentation and train teams on best practices

Collaboration Work closely with business units and IT teams to align SAP Solution Manager capabilities with organizational needs

Required Skills Qualifications

Education Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

Experience 10 years of handson experience with SAP Solution Manager

Technical Expertise Strong understanding of SAP architecture modules and system integration

ProblemSolving Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

Communication Effective written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
