Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating, conducting and documenting order management projects and communicating results
• Liaison with other departments, customers and third parties to obtain information for analysis
• Generate reports and recommendations based upon analysis and presents data to leadership
• Regularly briefs leadership on the status of orders to be processed
• Involved in escalations, reporting, analysis
• May monitor online pricing and configuration management
• Coaching and Feedback to assigned teams

Essential Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Strong understanding of the order management process
• Strong understanding of corporate systems and processes

Desirable Requirements

• Typically requires 2 years or more related experience in a professional role with a bachelors degree; or equivalent experience

Experience:

• Total Exp: 2-4 Years
• Rel Exp: 2+ years
