Position Name: Specialist Integration test Management
Department: Research and Development
Functional Area: EIE Integration Testing
Location: Chakan, Pune
Years of Experience: Min 3-5 years
Qualification: B.E/B. Tech/Post Graduate Electrical & Electronics
Purpose of the Position
- Support test infrastructure development projects
- Configuring test benches for GIT/SIT cycles
- Analysis of TestAUT results and release recommendation
- Co-ordinate with Diqiteq on TestAUT setups/upgradation
- FIT test vehicle preparation , ODIS experience
- Experience in Diagnostic , Hardware trouble shooting
- Execution of test cycle at VRDE

Responsibilities and Tasks
- To co-ordinate and manage the relevant team, that the component Technical development requirements are analyzed, prepared and executed in an efficient and appropriate way for decision making or implementation.
- Lead the relevant team, based on PEP guidelines and ensure that the respective milestones (technical and budgetary) are completed within the stipulated time period and with the desired results
- Conduct regular product team meeting, facilitate discussions team wise, interdepartmental, development consultants/suppliers and Skoda MB to arrive at best solutions for products and company.
- Continuously seek, identify and co-ordinate new Indian technologies / development opportunities based on competitor/market trends, customer requirements, Supplier inputs and Manufacturing requirements.
- Manage and motivate the team regarding task delegation, MBO annual target setting, performance evaluation and recommendation for remuneration.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external requirement such as Specifications (LAH) regulatory, homologation and identified Key performance Indicators (KPIs)
- To support and guide the team with an excellent deep understanding of the component development and test requirements where required.
- System Release tracking (e.g. Bill of material, MBT, FAKOM, B Release, BMG release)
- Review the technical issues, possible or identifies actions and plans for next stage of the project
- Ensuring project targets and milestones (time, cost and Quality )
- Budget / capacity (Manpower) monitoring of section / team
- Generation of revenue via DLV (Service Contract)
- Activities in Engineering changes > Discussing changes with Technical team, tracking and reviewing the changes till implementation
