Specialist Healthcare Designer (Integrated)

About the role

We have an exciting role of Specialist Healthcare Designer (Integrated) to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies

• Have a deep understanding of graphic design for both print and digital advertising and marketing
• Have a deep understanding of healthcare & pharmaceutical brand advertising and marketing
• Generate ideas for advertising and marketing
• Develop creatives for global healthcare & pharmaceutical campaigns
• Assess the work of other designers and make decisions from a technical point of view
• Lead, manage and train junior designers
• Ensure consistent quality output and follow best practice guidelines
• Ensure client delight and meet the agreed Service Level Agreements

Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:

This may be the right role for you if you have:

• 8-12 years in experience with integrated creative production as a senior creative designer in an agency or studio that specializes in serving healthcare and pharmaceutical brands
• Experience delivering various creative assets, for both print and digital campaigns
• Excellent graphic design skills and an eye for composition
• Excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Excellent understanding of UI design principals for responsive web and mobile apps
• Experience in managing teams that handle high-volume requests
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience communicating with remote teams and working in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of current global trends and best practices in graphic design.
