Field Finance
Role Title: Specialist, Field Finance (IOM)
Function: Finance
Level: G2 Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in reviewing franchisee financial submissions using the Global Franchisee Financial System (GFFS), ensuring data completeness and identifying inconsistencies or trends for further analysis.
- Support the preparation of financial commentary and reporting for Franchisee Business Reviews (FBRs), focusing on key metrics relevant to IOM markets.
- Respond to routine inquiries from IOM Finance teams, providing accurate and timely financial data and insights.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of training materials for franchisees and market teams on financial tools and standardized processes.
- Ensure adherence to global reporting standards and tools, promoting consistency and avoiding the creation of market-specific reports or templates.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Bachelors degree Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- No certification required (e.g., CPA not expected); basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting is sufficient.
- 2+ years of experience in related field
- English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial systems or databases is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn financial analysis techniques.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to supporting internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
