Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Specialist Digital Marketing role to initially support our email marketing endeavors (Marketo) and the ongoing growth and success of the LaSalle business. With potential for growth of supporting additional digital platforms.
The Specialist Digital Marketing role will look to:
Develop and execute nurture and event programs, proactively researching and implementing best practices, strategies, and industry standards to maximize results.
Optimising the set up of programs for Event management to improve efficiency and UX.
Work closely with Brand Marketing to develop and build best in class email templates, communicating and embedding these across the global Marketing & Communications function.
Maintain Marketo integrations (e.g. with CRM, LinkedIn and Zoom) and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software
Support the governance of Marketo programs’ technical design, configuration, deployment, and modification
Mapping and documenting key Marketo processes, ensuring they are compliant, robust and fit for purpose.
Support in the development of the Marketo backlog plan of operational work to increase platform maturity, ensure a compliant operating environment and deliver effective marketing campaigns.
Support the delivery marketing operations initiatives in Marketo such as managing APIs, segmentation, folder/ smartlist management, data cleansing, user maintenance and process documentation.
Provide troubleshooting advice for other team members to resolve any technical Marketo issues.
Ensure that any deliverables are timely and of high-quality working with the global Marketing & Communications Team to coordinate.
Execute enhancements to increase productivity, conversion rates and programs/campaign ROI.
Key skills and experience
A successful candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in email marketing (ideally Marketo Certified, or willing to train) and a breadth of transferable digital skills. The candidate should be a quick learner and excited about developing their digital career in an international real estate company with:
Knowledge of HTML/CSS/XHTML to design and develop emails, landing pages and other digital assets
Experience in establishing workflows for campaigns, events and triggered scenarios using marketing automation tool (Marketo preferred)
Produce performance report for email communications, providing analysis and recommendations
Experience in receiving and delivering work via project and workflow management tools
Good to have Photoshop experience to be able to assist with design requirements along with HTML.
Establishing and maintaining APIs
Have an "always testing" attitude towards our online assets as you help us pursue increased conversion optimization
Process driven, thriving on meeting tight deadlines with often competing priorities.
Experience working with international teams - business standard English (written and spoken) at a TOEFL level of Advanced (at minimum)
Being a multitasker
The candidate should be an efficient and productive resource that is able to manage multiple deliveries across timelines and well aware of overall understanding of related various digital functions such as social media, website, LinkedIn, analytics and more. They will be expected to participate in team planning, scheduling and work delivery, including completion of timelines and cost estimates. Should be able to work on strict turnaround times, have a problem-solving approach, is sharp and aware of the new innovations/ services in the industry.
Stakeholder Management:
Excellent communication skills a must and familiarity with MS Teams.
Most important will be your outstanding talent in managing/ mitigating risks and an ability to handle escalations. The candidate should be able to solve problems directly by working with stakeholders and understanding their requests and work with internal teams to resolve and deliver
Superb writing and speaking abilities are a must to succeed in this role. These skills will enable you to communicate between technical and non-technical contributors, teams and stakeholders. Similarly, it will help you in documenting business processes and best practices. It would be best if you were keen to work against tight deadlines while ensuring regular reporting.
