We are looking for a Specialist - CSR to join our Corporate Sustainability team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability and a strong understanding of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement CSR strategies and initiatives in line with the company's overall sustainability goals

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into business processes and operations

- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans

- Monitor and report on the company's sustainability performance and progress towards goals

- Engage with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and community partners, to promote sustainability initiatives and build relationships

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in CSR and sustainability

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in sustainability, business, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CSR or sustainability roles

- Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting

- Knowledge of local and international CSR regulations and standards is a plus

Additional Parameters:

- Experience in the consumer goods industry is preferred

- Knowledge of sustainable supply chain management is a plus

- Willingness to travel as needed
