Job description:

Key Responsibilities:\\r\\n Design, deploy, and manage Hyper-V environments including clusters, virtual machines (VMs), and storage.\\r\\n Monitor and optimize performance of virtual infrastructure.\\r\\n Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions for Hyper-V.\\r\\n Perform regular patching, updates, and health checks on Hyper-V hosts and VMs.\\r\\n Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to virtualization, networking, and storage.\\r\\n Collaborate with other IT teams to support infrastructure needs.\\r\\n Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and policies.\\r\\n Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.\\r\\n Participate in capacity planning and infrastructure scaling.\\r\\n

• To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
• To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
