Job description:

Administer and maintain Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.) in production and development environments.\\r\\n Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for configuration management and automation.\\r\\n Write and maintain scripts (Bash, Python, Shell) to automate system tasks and deployments.\\r\\n Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.\\r\\n Apply patches, updates, and security configurations regularly.\\r\\n Manage user accounts, permissions, and system backups.\\r\\n Collaborate with DevOps, development, and security teams to support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure needs.\\r\\n Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.\\r\\n

• To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
• To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
• To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
• To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases
