Specialist - Business Human Resources

• Implement human resources strategy and policy in support of Business Objectives.

• Lead Audits at Warehouse from External & Internal Agencies ( related to IR/ HR Process & Customer audits )

• MIS : - Lead for submission for MIS at different levels * Internal / External as well.

• Software’s : - Data management & Correctly working on integrity & details are to be in line with requirements of the management.

• Compliance : - Key lead for working/ Uploading & supporting Compliance closures for External & Internal Auditors.

• External factors/ Liasioning/ Internal Personal relation establishment with Local Auditors/ Police/ Different Compliance Agencies.

• Welfare – Control of overall staff welfare / transportation & other benefits being controlled & Handled.

• Monitor and control the BA (Business Associate) employees/ Vendor Manpower.

• Managing on a wide variety of personnel and human resource issues.

• Leading, directing, motivating and developing the Human Resources Team to ensure that the right level of service and support is provided to the site operations.

• Advise management on issues of under performance of staff at all levels.

• Ensure that all procedures in respect of grievance and discipline ( ICC/ POSH / Employee Counselling )(are followed in the correct fashion.

• Ensure minimum attrition rate of employees.

• Conducting monthly Supplier evaluations with the contractors with respect to legal and operational requirements.

• Ensure everyone in your team follows the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Work Instruction (WI)

• Encourage the team to build-up innovative ideas and imbibe the quality culture in every team member..

• Ensure compliance related to labour law
